The Courtyard Apartments - Kalispell, Montana

The Courtyard Apartments were built in 1995 by the City of Kalispell and Community Action Partnership of Northwest Montana. The Courtyard Apartments consists of 32 units, 16 are available to eligible low-income individuals and families, while the other 16 units are available transitional housing for those qualifying as homeless.

If accepted into the transitional housing for the homeless, the person or family will work closely with a case manager to work towards achieving self-sufficiency. Supportive services are available through case management dependent on individual and family needs.
