Job Title: Supportive Housing Coordinator

SUMMARY OF WORK: Responsible for overall operation, coordination and implementation of the Housing and Homeless program. Accountable for yearly-required state reporting for continued funding. Responsible for collection of Courtyard tenants' rent and processing necessary court actions. Designs, implements, and evaluates the supportive housing component of the transitional housing program. Supervises the on-site manager/maintenance coordinator and/or contractors for Courtyard apartments. Works with individuals that are homeless, at risk of homelessness or in transition. Coordinates the ongoing prevention of continued homelessness by working directly with clients towards self-sufficiency. Designs and implements homeless mitigation programs within the general grant guidelines.
