VITA (Volunteer Income Tax Assistance) Program
The 2011 Tax Season is on the way...we need your help!
VITA (Volunteer Income Tax Assistance) program provides low-to-moderate income community residents with free tax preparation and assistance from IRS-certified volunteers. CAP is working on sites located in Flathead, Lake, Lincoln & Sanders County. In order to succeed we need volunteers in all counties and communities. If you are interesed in volunteering, we offer free training with approved IRS materials and you are able to choose a volunteer work schedule and position. We are currently accepting volunteer applications for tax preparers, intake specialists and site coordinators. Please contact Lindsay Osler-Caudle at (406) 758-5430 for volunteer applications or questions.
One hour of volunteerism can bring $6,000 back to your community.
Sign up to volunteer today!!!!
We are looking forward to the 2011 tax season!!!!!
